Apple Cider Vinegar detox drink

Most people do a regular spring clean for their homes but forget to do the same for their body.  Our health is not something we should take for granted, and wait until we feel sick t treat it, but rather recognise that our body needs constant maintenance in order to stay healthy and strong.

People are so bust these days that a highly processed food along with sugar loaded prepackaged snacks have become the new mainstream for many families.

We live a fast paced lifestyle and some people even live and/or work in heavily polluted environments. Doing a detox every 6 months is very beneficial to helping to keep your body running well and feeling alive.

A quick thing you can do for your health is an Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Drink.

It is quick and easy to prepare and tastes delicious!

Fill a glass of water  300 – 400 ml

Add 2 tablespoons organic apple cider vinegar

and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

Stir in 1 teaspoon of organic cinnamon powder

(It’s optional, but recommended) add 1 dash of organic cayenne pepper

To make it taste a little sweeter add 1 packet stevia or 1/2 tspn Xylitol or even better 1 tablespoon of organic raw honey.

Stir well and drink
